This Contract (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between S.I.T.S. Haven, (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the individual(s) or organization identified below (hereinafter referred to as "Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties.)

1. Scope of Services - the Provider agrees to furnish lodging and food services as part of a curated retreat experience. The retreat, escribed below, will take place on the dates and times agreed upon by the Parties.​​

2. Retreat Description - S.I.T.S. Haven's retreat is a three-day, two-night experience created to serve as a sanctuary for the Client. The purpose of this retreat is to liberate attendees from the monotony and obligations of daily life, providing a space to recharge, embrace the present moment, and foster a resilient mindset. The retreat prioritizes authenticity and encourages participants to:

   • Leave behind daily obligations and facades.​

   • Step into the retreat as their true selves.

   • Engage in meaningful exploration of personal goals.

   • Nurture their soul and foster inner peace.

   • Build and deepen connections with like-minded participants.
     This experience is designed for individuals seeking empowerment and personal growth, contributing to a broader global movement of positive transformation.​​

3. Responsibilities of the Provider: The Provider shall:

   • Provide comfortable lodging accommodations for all attendees during the retreat duration.​

   • Supply nutritious meals and beverages to nourish participants throughout the event.

   • Facilitate a safe and inclusive environment conducive to personal growth, reflection, and community building.

4. Responsibilities of the Client: The Client agrees to:

   • Adhere to the retreat schedule and guidelines as provided.​

   • Act in a manner that fosters respect and collaboration among all participants.

   • Notify the Provider in advance of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements.

   • Be responsible for personal belongings during the retreat.

5. Payment Terms - Details regarding payment, deposit requirements, and cancellation policy will be specified in the annexed payment schedule, signed separately.

6. Assumption of Risk and Release - The Client acknowledges that participation in the retreat may involve certain risks, including but not limited to emotional exploration and group participation. By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to release and hold harmless the Provider from any liabilities arising during the retreat.

7. Confidentiality The Provider respects the privacy of all participants. Any shared personal stories or experiences during the retreat will remain confidential.

8. Governing Law - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Provider operates.

9. Entire Agreement - This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

10. Acceptance - By signing below, the Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.​​
