At s.i.t.s. haven, we make it easy for you to bring your vision to life in a serene and sacred space designed for rest, restoration, and reconnection. I’m here to personally walk with you through the entire process of planning and holding your retreat—from the first idea to the final farewell.
Cancellation Policy
Retreat Home Policy Welcome to our retreat home! We're delighted to host your weekend getaway. Please review the following policies to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Booking Details: Our retreat home offers weekend rentals from Friday to Sunday, totaling 36 hours. Friday 3pm - Sunday 3pm The rental includes exclusive access to the entire property, including 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and one private room. Guests also have access to 2 outdoor covered areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and the 4.5 acres of surrounding land. Facilities: The retreat home features spacious indoor and outdoor areas for gatherings and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation and dining. Bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for overnight stays, with one private room for added privacy. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $300 will be applied to each booking to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. Additional Guidelines: Please respect the tranquility of the surroundings and be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for service animals. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their rental period.
