Cancellation Policy
Venue Policy Welcome to S.I.T.S. Haven—we’re honored to host your gathering and are committed to providing a peaceful, relaxing, and memorable experience. Booking Details: Our venue offers weekend rentals from Friday to Sunday, totaling 36 hours. Friday 3 pm - Sunday 3 pm The rental includes exclusive access to the entire property, including 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and one private room. Guests also have access to 2 outdoor covered areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and the 4.5 acres of surrounding land. Facilities: The venue features spacious indoor and outdoor areas for gatherings and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation and dining. Bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for overnight stays, with one private room for added privacy. Cleaning Fee Included: A professional cleaning fee is included, allowing you to fully enjoy your time without added responsibility. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. Additional Guidelines: Please respect the tranquility of the surroundings and be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their rental period.
